Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, Old Skull Lab will process a full refund, excluding the original shipping charges, as shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for your return to be inspected and processed after the returned item is received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Discounted or promotional items
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products purchased through third-party sellers, distributors, or retail partners

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must:

If a returned item does not meet these conditions, it may not be eligible for a refund or may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Old Skull Lab cannot be held responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping.

Proof of Return

We are unable to process refunds without receiving the returned item or proof of return delivery.

Inspection of Returned Items

All returned items will be carefully inspected upon arrival. If a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to decline the refund and return the item back to the customer.
